Feel more at ease in your body—starting with just 5 minutes a day

Gentle Qigong designed for people who want to move better, feel calmer, and reconnect with their bodies

As summer softens into fall, the Earth element invites us to slow down and digest — not just food, but everything we've taken in this season. This full day of gentle Qigong supports the stomach and digestive center, restoring steady energy and gathering in what's been scattered.

No strain, no rush — just a day to come home to your body before the next season asks something new.

Includes: Guided Qigong sessions, breaks, shared lunch

  • This is an in-person event in Mt Pleasant, SC

Many of you joined me in June for our Summer Solstice gathering, where we closed with a practice I call R.E.S.T. — Receiving, Eyes Open, Stillness, Trusting. It's a simple way to land after movement, and it's become a favorite part of how I close our time together.

We'll return to R.E.S.T. again in August, this time held inside a full day's rhythm — more time to settle into it, more space to let it work.

The first hour made me so relaxed, I felt like a rubber band. Reinforced that I need more Qigong... the benefit of friendly, welcoming friends — gives one a sense of belonging.
— Pat G, Summer Solstice Gathering
I felt a wonderful sense of accomplishment — 2 hours! The inner sense of peace was long lasting.
